Le Tam Beauty is an online beauty store offering curated Middle Eastern perfumes, designer minis, beauty products, and more. Our website and store are powered by Shopify, allowing us to provide a secure, seamless shopping experience.

6. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship everywhere in South Africa.
- Standard shipping rate: R120,00
- Delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days
- A tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
7. What if my delivery address is incorrect?
Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. You can always email us at letamperfume@gmail.com to change the address before your order is sent out.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.
8. Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes — we have a 14-day return policy for unopened products.
If the perfume is defective, not fit for purpose, unsafe, or not as expected, the consumer can return it within 6 months of delivery.
The consumer may choose refund, replacement, or repair and cannot be forced to accept only store credit.
You can return a product if:
- It is unused, unopened, and still sealed
- Returned within 14 days with proof of purchase
Items not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Sale/archive items
- Samples
- Complimentary gifts
For online purchases:

A return courier fee will apply and will be determined by the courier company used The Courier Guy.
9. How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- Your bank may take 3–5 working days to reflect the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
10. Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes! You may exchange for:
- Any available product
- A gift card if the new item costs less
Remaining balances may be issued as store credit or a gift card.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.
You will still receive essential messages such as order confirmations or shipping updates.

We recommend keeping your account login details private and avoiding sending sensitive information through unsecure channels.
