Cooling-Off Right (Online Purchases)

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

Defective Goods

  • You may return defective products within 6 months for:

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective):

Refunds are processed within 5 working days after inspection.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
