At Le Tam Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Rates

  • A flat shipping fee of R120.00 applies to all orders within South Africa, unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed
  • Promotional offers may include discounted or free shipping, which will be communicated at the time

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed
  • Processing time may take 1–3 working days before dispatch
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within South Africa

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • This will include your tracking number and courier details

5. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery at the provided address
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout
  • Le Tam Beauty will not be held responsible for:
    • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Failed delivery attempts
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or non-collection:
  • You may be liable for additional re-delivery fees

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes (e.g. sales periods)
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In line with the CPA, we will:

  • Notify you of significant delays
  • Provide updates and reasonable assistance to resolve the issue

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect details
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be arranged at your cost.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Le Tam Beauty ships within South Africa only.
(If this changes, customs duties and international shipping terms will apply.)
